Deposit

All reservations, amendments or cancellations are subject to reconfirmation by the hotel in writing. We request a deposit of 30% of the total cost of stay during the reservation process.

Cancellation Policy

• Rooms can only be cancelled in writing
• up to 28 days prior to arrival cancellation without charge
• from 28 days up to 14 days prior to arrival: 50%
• 14 days or less prior to arrival: 80%
• early departures or late arrivals will be charged the complete reserved holiday period.
• Certain cancellation policies apply even to reservations made without a deposit.

Children’s Rates

When staying in parents’ room 
0 to 12 years of age 100% discount
13 to 17 years of age 50% discount

The discounted rate is based on the daily rate of the adult.

All prices are based on per person /day including taxes and fees, but not the local tourist tax of € 1,00 per person for those 15 years old and above.
