Winter - Reutte
Reutte is a winter sports centre, which reaches up to an altitude of 1900 m, with plenty of natural snow as well as artificial snow generating plants. Reutte is a smaller, rather family resort which offers 18 km of ski slopes for lots of winter fun. With its constant weather weather conditions the area is suitable as well for spring skiing. Very close to the Fürstenhof you will find the ski school and ski lifts for children.
Next to the upper gondola station you can find a restaurant, typical mountain huts, ice rinks, après ski entertainment, or you can enjoy to luge, winter hiking or to take a horse sleigh ride.

Just a 30 minutes’ drive from hotel Fürstenhof, on the Austrian side of Tyrolean Zugspitze, you can find the Zugspitz Arena, a paradise for skiers, cross-country skiers and lovers of winter activities. Zugspitz Arena is great for families with children as well as experienced ski lovers.

Ehrwald
Ehrwald provides two ski areas, the Ehrwalder Alm and the Wetterstein. The local glacier skiing area guarantees skiing into springtime and can reached by bus or car, then by cable car. There are numerous other small skiing areas nearby, offering a combined total of around 200km in easy and medium slopes for skiers, snowboarders and small ski-beginners.

Lermoos
The Austrian ski resort of Lermoos is part of the Zugspitz Arena Ski Area with access to 30 different slopes. In addition to the skiing in Lermoos itself (30km of ski runs), the appropriate ski pass will allow you to ski or snowboard other Zugspitz Arena ski resorts like Berwang or Ehrwald. With skiing above 2000 metres, good snow conditions are usually reliable.
